While some employees, agents, and representatives of My Parenting Advice may hold Bachelor’s degrees in social services, and may otherwise be licensed social workers in their own states, we do not present ourselves to you as being: licensed, credentialed or acting as clinical therapists or counselors in any state, or through any agency or educational institution. My Parenting Advice is not designed to eliminate, or take the place of, the need for you to seek, as you should reasonably deem appropriate, emergency intervention or services and alternative professional or counseling advice. You expressly assume any potential liability for these decisions and to hold harmless and defend My Parenting Advice against such claims.
You agree to expressly waive any claims, damages, lawsuits, or obligations for any harm, accidents, or harm occasioned by your use of My Parenting Advice, either by acts committed or by acts of omission, undertaken in conjunction with your use of our services.
My Parenting Advice, its owners, agents, employees, and affiliates offer no promises, express or implied, and assume no liability for the outcomes and results you will actually achieve. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome in any particular situation, because, as you agree by using our services, the choices and responsibilities for particular decisions rest finally, and entirely, with you. You agree to hold harmless My Parenting Advice and its staff and employees from any liability for acts or omissions associated with their delivery of services to you. You also agree to hold harmless and indemnify My Parenting Advice for any claims or court costs arising from or occasioned by third party claims that may be raised against My Parenting Advice and in any manner associated with your use of this site.
Membership in My Parenting Advice is based on a monthly fee. You may cancel at any time, and will not be charged any further payments after your current monthly enrollment period ends. You are not entitled to a refund for prior membership periods. You also agree that you are responsible for any payments associated with service fees resulting from attempts by My Parenting Advice to collect your monthly fee (including, for example, insufficient fund fees or costs for possible charge backs). If you do decide to cancel, a short exit survey will be used to verify your choice to discontinue your membership.
As with all data and information collected from you, My Parenting Advice respects your privacy and regards all exchanges of information and communication to be privileged and confidential. This means any and all information associated with your membership (including family members), questions, likenesses and names, contact data, or information that may uniquely identify you, may only be released in any manner you acknowledge and permit. We will not sell or share your data unless you agree to such release, and know the limited reason for the release.
